This Air-Conditioned Apartment has 2 large Double Bedrooms with plenty of Wardrobe space, a Family Bathroom and an En-suite Shower Room.

Both Bedrooms have single beds that are said to be very comfortable. The modern sofa-bed in the lounge area pulls out into a double bed.

A Large Lounge with a LCD 37" Sony TV with internet access to Live Channels in many Countries including the UK. Free WiFi is provided via an Optical Fibre Cable operating at 100 Mbit/s with Password protection. There is also a DVD/CD player MP3 speakers with an iPod charger. Off the adjacent Dining area is a wide Balcony where you can soak up the afternoon Sun.

There are Wheelchair entrances to the building plus Lifts that take you directly to the 1st floor - close to the Apartment - and to the Underground Garage. The Apartment has Level Tiled flooring throughout. A set of Patio Doors lead to one Balcony from the Kitchen and Dining Area. Drying facilities are available on the smaller Balcony area.

All European Mobile phones (GSM) work well from the Apartment.

The Apartment is Cleaned and Laundered Towels and Bed Linen changed for each Party. New occupants are invited to arrive after 4pm on the First day whilst departure is by 10am on the Last day to allow time for changeover preparations.

Keys on Loan will be for Entrance to the Main Building, the Apartment Underground Car Park/Lift area and a personal Safe in the Apartment. A Pre-Paid Pass is loaned to you for access to the on-site Private Swimming Pool - during the Summer Season.
