sun.
Sharing the patio doors leading to this balcony is a well equipped kitchen with a full sized fridge/freezer, Siemens Oven, electric hob, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven with grill and a Siemens washing machine.

furnished with a dining table with chairs.
Drying facilities are available in the
bathroom and on one of the balcony areas.
The apartment is cleaned and laundered towels and bed linen changed
for each party. New occupants are invited to arrive after 4pm on the first
day whilst departure is by 10am on the last day to allow time for
changeover preparations.
Keys on
loan will be for entrance to the main building, the Apartment underground car park/lift area
and a personal safe in the apartment. In addition during your stay you
will have a pre-paid pass for the on-site private swimming
pool. An inventory plus information on the appliances etc. can be found in a drawer of
the sideboard in the main living area.
