Typically the UK channel group includes BBC 1 to 4 plus ITV 1 to 4. A DVD/CD player plus MP3 speakers with an iPod charger is also provided. In addition you will find comfortable Lounge Seating around a Coffee Table. Off the adjacent Dining area is a wide Balcony where you can soak up the afternoon Sun. In January 2015 the Family Bathroom was rebuilt with a new Bath, double Sink unit, heated towel Rail and a modern Toilet.'Grab Handles' have been fitted around the Bath area with a Non-Slip Bath Mat available for everyone's Safety. We are very keen that all have a great time with minimal chance of accidents no matter if you are very fit or have limited mobility.

There are Wheelchair entrances to the building plus Lifts that can either take you directly to the Apartment on the 1st floor or the Underground Garage. The Apartment has Level Tiled flooring throughout.

Sharing the Patio Doors leading to this Balcony is a well equipped brand new Kitchen with a Coffee Machine, Full sized Fridge/Freezer, Siemens Oven and Washing Machine, Zanussi Electric Hob, Extractor Unit, Dish Washer and Microwave, Kenwood Electric Kettle and Bodum Toaster.

There is an adjacent Dining area furnished with a Dining table with 6 Chairs. In addition the Apartment has an adjoining Lounge area with plenty of Seating Balcony furniture has been provided. The Master Bedroom has a new En-Suite Shower and Toilet. Drying facilities are available on the smaller Balcony area. All European Mobile phones (GSM) work very well from the Apartment, and the Reception can connect any Land based Calls you may wish to make. Free wireless Broadband Internet access is available throughout the apartment for password protected devices that you may wish to bring with you. A User ID and password is printed on the back of the 100 Mbit/s NOS Router fed from an opical fibre. This will give you rapid access to your emails and the Internet.

The Apartment is Cleaned and Laundered Towels and Bed Linen changed for each Party. New occupants are invited to arrive after 4pm on the First day whilst departure is by 10am on the Last day to allow time for changeover preparations.

Keys on Loan will be for Entrance to the Main Building, the Apartment Underground Car Park/Lift area and a personal Safe in the Apartment. In addition during your stay you will have a Pre-Paid Pass for the on-site Private Swimming Pool - during the Summer Season. An Inventory plus User Information on the Appliances can be found in the far right hand side cupboard (facing the 'Dry Side') in the Main Living area. The Electricity Supply is 220 volts 50Hz, so UK appliances will work well with a Portuguese (Southern European) socket adaptor.
